About Fellowship Baptist Church

Fellowship Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church located in Vincennes Indiana. Our church is easily accessible from all directions. Our church facilities are located less than 5 minutes from Highway 41.

There are more than 15,000 independent Baptist churches in America and at least 10,000 independent Baptist missionaries serving on mission fields worldwide.

Every independent Baptist church is an autonomous congregation. We are self- governing and self-supporting. The head of the church is the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible is our sole authority for faith and practice. It is our desire to be a truly New Testament church.

Fellowship Baptist Church is a fundamental Bible believing Church where you will always find a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere to help you feel right at home.

The church was organized in August 4, 1991 and started meeting in homes the previous year.

Fellowship Baptist Church History and Beginning.

The church had it’s start meeting in the homes of Cecil Miller and CK Peters several  years ago, in 1990.  One year later establishing the church.

Keith Davidson was the establishing church pastor.  Brother Davidson, while here established the Seedline Ministry.  Later moving to Indianapolis.

KEITH DAVIDSON: DIRECTOR & FOUNDER, of Seedline

The first time I saw a Scripture coming off the press, God impressed upon my heart a burden to share the written Word with a lost world.  From that burden was born Seedline International, a not-for-profit ministry which assists in printing, binding and distributing copies of the Word of God to missionaries and mission churches all over the globe.

Seedline International is deeply committed to bringing God's Word to all people who need Christ.  With faithful partners like you, we are working together to achieve that goal.

We are faced with the “Unfinished Task” of spreading the Word of God to those who have never heard. Through Seedline International, you can fulfill the Great Commission and touch the world for Christ. Will you help spread the Word?  We have to do something about the need!

~ Keith A. Davidson, Director

Seedline International

In the beginning the church met in a rented building on the corner of Sixth and Hart Streets.  The church later purchased the Trinity Methodist building.

Lloyd Bradshaw came as pastor in 1995. Bro. Bradshaw was pastor until 1999. While Bro. Bradshaw was at Fellowship the church completely paid off the mortgage on the building.

The church called John Clark to come as pastor in August of 1999.

The Lord has blessed Fellowship Baptist. We want to lift up our Savior, Jesus Christ. He gave himself for all men. “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.                  John 3:14 – 17
